1. Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 weeks from the date of purchase.

2. No Cash on Delivery (No COD)

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid.

3. Delivery Time After Dispatch

• Metro cities: 3–6 days
• Non-metro & remote areas: 5–10 days

4. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.

5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer must pay for re-shipping.
