1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer cash refunds for any orders. If there is an issue with your order, we will provide:

• A credit note of the same value OR
• A product exchange, as applicable.

2. Custom Orders – No Exchange / No Return

All customized, personalized, or made-to-order products are not eligible for:

• Exchange
• Return
• Credit note

Once a custom order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged under any circumstances.
